This listing is for a rare antique mantle clock. The clock is by the Gilbert Clock Company. This clock is made from cast metal- possibly bronze. The casing is extremely ornate with elaborate 3-dimensional designs. The lower has a mythical fish figure in a serpentine design, the sides have winged griffins, and the top has a cherub with a lute.

The pendulum is super unique with a mythical face on it. The clock has an open escapement movement. While the casing is in great shape, the movement will need work.

It is not currently running. The clock is missing its glass bezel and hands.
