Antique Ornate Elevator Floor Indicator Cast Iron & Marble from NYC Post Office

Fantastic old Elevator Floor Indicator Dial Cast Iron with Marble center and brass floor number inserts with solid glass numbers! It is big and heavy. And weighs 15 1/4 pounds.

A beautiful piece of architectural salvage! The couple i got this from....

The ladies father was a NYC Postal maintenance guy. They know he got it from a NYC post office building but not any other details. They had 2 of these.

They other one the guy made a beautiful looking side table out of with glass over it. The glass numbers are in great shape.

The brass inserts for the numbers have some dents and dings and can (too) easily be popped out the front. So it needs just a little tlc perhaps. Please check out all photos of this amazing piece for further details!
